A. Interpreting vast data sets can characterize disease variants for the first time and guide drug development. These data can be genetic (e.g. Genome-Wide Association Studies, or GWAS), cellular (e.g. how cells gather in unique domain ‘fingerprints’ or how they signal to each other), or even clinical (e.g. from patients that do not respond to current therapies).

No target is an island.

Cell 2 Target pinpoints cell-specific and combinatorial opportunities within 3D tissue contexts relevant to disease. This enables the identification of safer and more therapeutic molecules.

Deep selectivity assessment

One Cell2Target analysis quantifies the receptors of a target cell and compares their expression to that seen in other cell types. Understanding potential interactions with other cell types helps select molecular targets that would be most appropriate for the cell type of interest.

Patient Selection uses EnsoAI to stratify patients into biologically meaningful subgroups to inform both therapeutic and clinical design. Characterizing the variety in disease will be key to precision medicine evolving beyond 'one-size-fits-all' therapies.
